Materials Needed: basic sewing supplies-sharp scissors, pins, pin cushion, seam ripper, seam gauge, thread, and all materials to complete projects 2, 3, & 4.

Projects:

Project #1 - extended seam sample notebook

Project #2 - Quilted Pencil Bag

         Supplies needed: 

                  4 fat quarters (or 1 yard total of misc. fabrics) 

                  1/2 yd of one-sided fusible web - lightweight

                   9 inch all-purpose zipper

                    thread to match

Project #3 -  Turtle - Simplicity Pattern

                   Need to bring $2 for stuffing or bring your own

                   We will use left over materials from Project #2      

Project #4 - Student Choice

                   Teacher approval needed before beginning.
